Within the federal public sector, Scott has successfully identified, captured, and won large-scale enterprise IT services contracts across multiple civilian agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Justice (DOJ). He is highly skilled at aligning client mission needs with a company’s portfolio of capabilities, building trusted partnerships that generate revenue growth while advancing customer objectives.
Scott leads the full business development lifecycle—from self-initiated opportunity discovery through proposal development and successful program delivery.
